Insurance

All therapists at Sunrise Counseling are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance plans. Additionally, Michelle O’Neal, Janie English, Dr. Gayla Sahl, and Dr. James Ramarushton are in network with United Healthcare plans. We are able to bill BCBS and United Healthcare for individual therapy appointments.

All therapists are out of network with all other insurance plans. If you have an insurance plan that we are out of network with, we will collect the fee at the time of service. We are able to provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for any out of network benefits that you may have.

Self Pay Rate

All therapists at Sunrise Counseling have a self pay rate of $150 per session for individual therapy.
